Only certified meats

At Miglio Verde Hamburger and Deli, we only offer organic and certified meats. But what exactly does that mean? The organic designation refers to cows that graze freely and spend most of their lives outside the enclosures, found on Monte Pelpi. They consume organic forage and, in the case of illness, are treated solely with homeopathic and herbal methods.

When we talk about certification, we mean a control process that starts from cultivation to breeding, and includes all the required labels by law.

Lastly, our approach is completely natural: we do not use chemical residues, growth stimulants, antibiotics, or GMOs. Our meat is natural, delicious, diverse, and sustainable.

Our farms

on Monte Pelpi

In Compiano, on the slopes of Monte Pelpi, there is the Angus Agricultural Farm, with 600 hectares of pristine forests and pastures. It's a mountain oasis where fresh air, the Apennine landscape, and tranquillity reign supreme.

At our farm, you can find an excellent restaurant, as well as many activities such as horse riding, trekking, educational farms, and much more!
